Hi, I’m Brooke, salon owner/director of the beauty hub and therapist with 20 years experience in the Beauty industry! My career has been vast however my main passion these days lie with results driven skin treatments. I love making women feel beautiful and confident in their own skin and have built my business around this, delivering you our clients the best possible service with attention to detail. We are constantly upskilling and training so we can bring you the latest the beauty industry has to offer.

I have 2 children, Lily is 8 and Jett is 5. My husband works away FIFO so I am very aware of the juggle that mums face day in day out! I love an honest and down to earth chat and a good laugh. My clients feel like my friends that I get to catch up with every month and I’m truly grateful for the long term connections we make as therapists, its my favourite part of my job!

Your will find me working on clients on Thursday, Friday & Saturdays. The rest of the week I am busy working on the business and building a strong team to best service our clients!

Kara our salon manager, is the friendly face who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes and at the front desk. From the moment you walk through our doors, she’s there to make sure you feel welcomed, cared for and completely at ease.

With a calm, organised approach and a genuine love for people, Kara is the go-to for bookings, memberships, treatment guidance and anything you need to make your visit smooth and stress-free. She knows our treatments, our therapists and our clients inside and out — and takes pride in making sure every experience feels personal, thoughtful and unhurried. She can’t wait to welcome you in salon soon!

Jess is our Senior therapist and 2IC, she has 13 years experience in the beauty industry, with an extensive background in spa work she has a very grounding and relaxing energy that can instantly bring about a sense of calm in you! Her facial services are a touch of heaven! Jess has been with us for a 2 years now and has loved the transition into a salon environment to build long lasting client relationships. She is quickly becoming a lash and brow queen that we know you will love! Skin needling is one of her new fave things to do, she loves the results clients see!

Your will Find Jess in salon on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Amelia has 3.5 years experience in the beauty industry, she has been working with us for 2. 5years now. Amelia is our HydraFacial queen! She enjoys most our advanced skin treatments and helping clients see a result with their skin challenges. Come in and experience her signature treatment for the ultimate glowing healthy skin! She also does a mean brow shaping and lash lift! She is an absolute sweetheart and we know you are going to love her just as much as we do.

Your will Find Amelia in salon on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evening, Friday and Saturdays.

Madi is one of our cherished senior therapists, she has over 6 years experience in the beauty industry, and has been with us at The Beauty Hub for 5 years now. Having worked in a day spa before coming to a salon she understands the importance of great client care. She is our brow lamination queen and absolutely loves a good fluffy brow! You can find Madi geeking out on skin care ingredients and case studies in her spare time! Madi is bubbly and infectious she loves a good chat and bringing you the results you desire.

Madi will be going on maternity leave (again) mid 2026, you will find her in the salon on Mondays, Wednesday, and Saturdays!

Ruby has been with us for 18 months, she is a bright, bubbly young lady obsessed with all things beauty! Ruby started as our salon fairy, keeping us in order, her role has evolved as her studies progress, she now joins us as an emerging therapist! Ruby is currently offering all lash and brow services, tanning and facials. Her favourite service is a lash lift, she loves the transformation! Ruby is finishing her studies in late 2026
