This package has been designed with all different levels of concern in mind, from those wanting a generally refresh with pretty good skin already to those needing a little bit more rejuvenation to our more mature ladies looking for collagen and elastin rebuild!

We can treat a variety of concerns from anti ageing, pigmentation, acne, scarring and hyperpigmentation to name a few and with additional journey enhancements available to further customize the treatments to suit your individual needs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment plans;

    We have partnered with aglow beauty memberships to make your skin journey more affordable for you! All payment plans require an initial upfront payment of $300 in salon on the day you begin your package. Thereafter weekly payments for the remaining term of the 5-7 month payment plan. The weekly payments will incur a $7.70 fee to set up the account, a 2% fee direct through aglow with each weekly repayment and an additional $60 admin fee on your first repayment. *All payments through aglow will have to be manually entered into your client account from our end in salon on Wednesday. All payments are taken from your account on a Tuesday. It is your responsibility to have funds available for the automatic transfers to be direct debited from your account. Failure to do so will result in a $7.70 fee for each dishonor payment.

  • If you fail to show to your appointment you will forfeit the treatment unless sufficient notice of 24hrs is provided midweek and 48hrs notice on Saturdays.

  • Should you need to suspend or cancel your payment plan before the end of the cycle we will require written notice of at least 30 days and will be assessed on a case by case basis as per balance owing for treatments used or if services are redeemable.

  • You bookings and plans are non transferrable to other clients.

  • To ensure best results from your treatments we require you to be using a good quality cosmeceutical grade skin care at minimum Vitamin C, Vitamin A or alternative and an SPF. Just like diet and exercise go hand in hand, your homecare and n salon treatments go hand in hand your cooperation ensures the most value from your treatments.

  • Membership benefits do not continue after membership has expired.

  • Your membership services are valid for 8 months from date of purchase, strictly.
