SALON BOOKING POLICY, CANCELATION & RESHEDULING
Changes to your booking MUST be made during business hours, to avoid a late cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be evaluated.
FYI our Reception is manned Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, afternoons and Saturdays we do not have a receptionist.
Text (0439806439) is your best method to contact us outside reception times as we will attend to the phone around our bookings.
We are closed from 2pm on Saturdays, all day Sunday and re-open 8.30am Monday.
WE DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS. The deposit shall remain on your account as credit for future use for services or products, it does not expire.
Reservation Fee & Cancellation Policy
Booking Fees
To secure all appointments at The Beauty Hub, we require either valid credit card details or a booking fee at the time of booking.
For certain treatments, a booking fee of 50% of the total appointment value is required. This payment is held securely on your account and applied as a credit towards your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Where credit card details are provided, your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, reschedule, or failure to attend your appointment, in accordance with our Cancellation & No Show Policy outlined below.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
At The Beauty Hub, we value both our clients' time and our therapists' time. To ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
More than 48 Hours' Notice
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur any fee.
Less than 48 Hours' Notice
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service value.
If a booking fee has been paid, the booking fee will be retained as the cancellation fee.
If no booking fee has been paid, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service value.
If payment cannot be processed, an invoice or payment link will be issued and must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
Failure to Attend (No Show)
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the booked service value.
Any booking fee paid will be forfeited.
If no booking fee has been paid, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service value.
Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments
Due to the extended appointment time allocated for Cosmetic Tattoo services, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule these appointments.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies, illness, and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend their appointment. Any exemptions to this policy are at the discretion of management.
Repeat No Shows
Clients who fail to attend three appointments without sufficient notice may be required to pay for future services in full at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
At The Beauty Hub, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on products, treatments, services, packages, gift vouchers, or customised Skin Journey programs.
Please choose carefully when purchasing products, services, treatment packages, memberships, or gift vouchers.
Treatments & Services
All treatments, services, treatment packages, memberships, and Skin Journey programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. These services cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or swapped for alternative treatments unless approved by management.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, expired, or unused gift vouchers will not be refunded or replaced.
Reservation Fees & Booking Fees
Reservation fees and booking fees are generally non-refundable. However, where sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, the booking fee may remain on your account as a credit towards a future appointment.
Booking fees forfeited because of a late cancellation, reschedule, or failure to attend an appointment are non-refundable.
Products
We do not offer refunds on products due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
If a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
PAYMENTS
Payment is required on the day of the appointment normally after the treatment has been provided. For higher-cost treatments, payment may be required before the treatment is performed.
