SALON BOOKING POLICY
Changes to your booking MUST be made during business hours, to avoid a late cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be evaluated.
FYI We are closed from 2pm on Saturdays, all day Sunday and re-open 8.30am Tuesday.
A deposit of $1 per minute booked is required to confirm your salon booking - 30minute booking $30 deposit ect.. this must be paid within 24hrs of your booking request or the booking will expire.
WE DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS. The deposit shall remain on your account as credit for future use for services or products, it does not expire.
CANCELATION & RESHEDULING
We require a minimum 48hrs notice for all services. Bookings cancelled with MORE than 48hrs notice will have their deposit kept on file to be used for future bookings.
Bookings cancelled with 48hrs notice or LESS will have the deposit held or you will be invoiced for the fee if no deposit was made.
NO SHOWS
No show clients will forfeit their deposit and be charged the value of 50% of their booking total.
Clients who repeat no show (3 times) will need to pay full service fee upfront in order to book appointments.
COSMETIC TATTOO
A 7 day cancelation policy applies, as it is a 3 hour booking or your deposit is forfeited.
MOBILE MAKEUP BOOKINGS
Payment is to be made in full 7 days prior to the wedding via bank transfer or paypal. I understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your booking, should this occur, please note that as a small business cancellation fees apply. If you are able to inform me of your cancellation of reserved booking with more than 90 days notice NO EXTRA fees will be incurred (only your $110 booking fee is held over). If 60 days or less notice is given the 50% of the booking value is payable.
